About Dr Kenneth
Dr Kenneth graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Pretoria in 1995. He later completed a Master of Veterinary Medicine in Anaesthesiology.
After working in small animal practice, he returned to the University of Pretoria and became a senior lecturer in anaesthesiology. He currently holds an extraordinary lecturer position in Pharmacology within the Department of Paraclinical Sciences.
Dr Kenneth also runs Veterinary Anaesthesia Analgesia & Critical Services, a referral practice dedicated to anaesthesia, pain management and critical care.
Experience in Pain Management
Dr Kenneth’s work covers acute and chronic pain management, companion animal anaesthesia, intensive care and veterinary education.
He has contributed to scientific publications, delivered presentations to veterinary professionals and provided continuing education on anaesthesia, pain management and critical care.
This experience helps him understand how pain can affect a pet’s movement, behaviour and quality of life.
